Upcoming Show Cancellation

Good morning,
I just received a text message from ForkNFilm regarding an upcoming show cancellation but they said they were unable to email me? I purchased tickets to shows on May 16th and June 26th in Detroit. I have been emailing for weeks and never received a response. I still haven’t received a refund for the May 16th show that you cancelled with no heads up or warning .
Please advise.
