    I am following up regarding my refund request.


    It has now been nearly two months since my original request, and I still have not received the refund.


    Could you please confirm whether the refund has actually been processed? If so, please provide the refund transaction/reference number and the date it was issued.


    If the refund has not yet been processed, I would appreciate having this matter escalated and resolved as soon as possible.
