    Dear Fork N Film Team,

    I am writing to formally express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the lack of communication and follow-through concerning my refund after multiple paid events were cancelled.

    As previously communicated in both 2025 and 2026, I purchased tickets for three event dates—October 11, October 18, and November 14—and paid over $700 for these experiences. Since then, your company has cancelled all scheduled event dates that I paid for, yet I have still not received my refund, nor has anyone meaningfully followed up with me regarding resolution.

    In my prior communication, I stated:

    “Thanks for the information. I look forward to hearing from your team about a refund.

    It is really unfortunate that you have decided to cancel this event versus urgently trying to make it happen as you have customers who have paid over $700 for these events and I, personally, have paid for 3 dates (10/11, 10/18, and 11/14). Two of which you cancelled with an option to reschedule for dates past 11/28/25, which strongly suggested the likelihood that the 11/14 event would also be cancelled.

    I need for someone to call me back about this.”

    Despite this, no one has followed up, and I remain without the refund I am owed. At this point, I find the lack of communication unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company for reimbursement after services/events they paid for were cancelled by the company itself.

    I am requesting immediate confirmation of my refund status and a clear timeline for when I can expect my money to be returned. I would also appreciate a direct response from a member of your team, as previously requested.

    Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter.
