    Requested refund overdue

    Hello,

I had a Fork n Film event scheduled March 28,2026 and then received a notice one week prior that it was cancelled/postponed. I opted to get a refund. I have yet to receive my refund and we are now in June. I have been emailing back and forth with SF fork n film and have received unacceptable responses. I would greatly appreciate it if I can get my refund soon. Your prompt attention to this matter will be helpful.

    Thank you,
    Donnarcia

    Re: Requested refund overdue

    Hello,

I have sent several emails requesting a refund for a cancelled event by you all that was to take place on March 28th. I have received one email response stating you all are a small group. It does not take nearly 4 months to provide a refund. I continue to send emails and no response. This is unacceptable and illegal. I expect to hear back from you with the date of my refund or I will take legal action. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
