    Fwd: Show Cancellations and concerns

    Dear Fork and film,

Good afternoon. My name is Kianna Cruz, and I am writing to express my concerns regarding the ongoing scheduling conflicts for the show I purchased tickets for.

I originally bought these tickets in December to ensure we wouldn't miss out. However, I received an email on March 17th stating the show was cancelled and rescheduled. Now, today, May 28th, I have received a second cancellation notice.

This is the second time my partner and I have had to reschedule our plans, request time off from work, and prepare for an experience we have been dreaming about, only to be disappointed just a few days before the event. Our main concern is that if these cancellations continue, we may never actually be able to attend. We took the initiative to buy tickets well in advance to avoid a sell-out, but now the issue is the lack of reliability regarding the show dates.

Is there anything more that can be done to accommodate us following these two inconvenient cancellations?

    -------------------

I am following up on my previous email as I have not yet received a response regarding the repeated cancellations of my show.

Upon attempting to reschedule for a new date, I noticed that Portland is no longer listed as an available location on your website. I am very frustrated by the lack of communication provided to guests who have already purchased tickets.

Due to these ongoing issues and the lack of reliability, I am requesting a full refund to my original form of payment. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to initiate a dispute with my credit card provider for services not received.

I look forward to your immediate confirmation of this refund.

    Best regards,

    Kianna Cruz
