Hello,

I wasn't aware that memberships automatically renew and I did not want to renew my membership. I never even used my perk from last year's membership, and now you guys aren't even operating in Portland anymore and I don't see anything about memberships on your website, so you've charged me a large amount for services you aren't offering in a state you don't operate. Please cancel my membership and refund the unauthorized $190 you just charged my card. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.
