Refund for Event May 30th

Hello,

I am following up on my refund request from May 27. According to your policy, refunds are available when an event is cancelled by the organizer. Since this event was cancelled by the organizer, I am requesting a refund to my original payment method.

Please provide an update on the status of this refund. If I do not receive a response, I will need to pursue the matter through my bank.
