Message	This is my third time reaching out about my missing refund. My wife and I purchased two tickets back in SEPTEMBER for a showing in November at the portland location (2ZDV-FZXN-P3S). 10 days before the show they canceled it completely. We gave the benefit of the doubt and asked to reschedule the show for a different one in march (2ZTG-LSTS-6QQ). This showing was canceled 4 days before the showing. At this point we requested a refund. That was three months ago now! When will i be getting my refund. It does appear that the portland location may no longer be open but I should still be entitled to my refund. I have emails claiming that a refund was started but again I still haven’t received it.
