To whom it may concern,

I have emailed and sent Direct messages via Instagram on several occasions regarding my cancelled showing. The cancellation was due to the company receiving feedback and wanting to implement improvements. I was never able to get ahold of a representative to confirm my new showing for the 2 tickets I had purchased for April. At this point I am requesting a full refund due to my experience. I would greatly appreciate a member reaching out to coordinate.
