    Money Back

I am writing to address a critical issue regarding my recent ticket purchase for an event originally scheduled for July 4th.

Upon receiving notification of a schedule alteration, I was informed that the event would be moving to a new date, specifically within "the same weekend" as the initial July 4th booking. However, the subsequent communication indicated that the event has been rescheduled for June 27th. This revised date does not align with or fall within the original July 4th weekend, which has resulted in significant confusion and disruption to my arrangements.

It is imperative to note that I am an out-of-state attendee, and my travel plans, including flight reservations, were made specifically to coincide with the original July 4th event date. The change to June 27th renders my planned attendance impossible without incurring substantial additional costs and considerable logistical inconvenience for travel adjustments.

Given these circumstances, and the material deviation from the communicated rescheduling parameters, I formally request a full refund for my ticket purchase. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution.

    Hi Lisa,

Thank you for reaching out, and I am so incredibly sorry for the confusion and any stress this scheduling shift has caused you, especially since you are traveling from out of state! We completely understand how disruptive this is to your travel plans.

I wanted to check if you happened to receive our follow-up email from our previous thread? In it, we noted that we do have availability for you to join us during that same holiday weekend on Friday, July 3rd at 6:00 PM.

We would absolutely love to still have you there! Please let us know if that alternative date works with your travel arrangements. If it doesn't, we will of course look into a resolution for you right away.

    Warm regards,
    Sam

    Re: Money Back

Hi Sam, Thank you for reaching out and for offering the alternative date. Unfortunately, that option will not work for us either, as our flight does not land until around midnight on Friday, July 3. Our original plan was to attend the 1:00 PM show on Saturday, July 4 and then head to Disneyland afterward. We have already purchased our Disneyland tickets and Lightning Lane passes based on that schedule. Our return flight is on Sunday, July 5 at 5:00 PM, so if there is any availability before then, we would be happy to consider it. I did not see any options for July 5 when I checked. I would be happy to provide our flight itinerary and Disneyland ticket receipts if necessary. However, if we are unable to attend the 1:00 PM show and there are no available options on July 5, I would respectfully request a refund. Thank you again for your understanding, and I look forward to hearing from you. Warm regards, Lisa Deboer
