Postponed event from May 23rd

This is my 4th email trying to find out what I need to do to receive a refund from the event you postpond on May 23rd in New Yor City.  I have yet to receive a response on this issue.  If I do not receive some type of response by June 19th I will be contacting my credit card company as well as New York's AG.  This was not my decision to not attend your event and should not be an issue to receive a refund, not to mention the expenses I incurred for the 5 hour travel to get to New York city and the hotel fee.  I will be expecting some type of response immediately.
