Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with Fork and Film. While I understand that cancellations can happen, I find it extremely unfair and unprofessional that the promotional pricing originally applied to my purchase is not being honored. I originally paid $204 for two tickets to the Lilo & Stitch event scheduled for Saturday at 6:30 PM. After the cancellation, I attempted to purchase tickets for Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, only to find that I still had a remaining balance of $164 to pay. This is unacceptable, considering I am simply trying to transfer the value of the tickets I already purchased. As a returning customer, this experience has been very frustrating. I have attended Fork and Film events before and did not expect to encounter this type of issue. I would greatly appreciate it if the original promotional pricing or full credit value could be honored for the replacement event. Also the code that was given to login in didn’t work as well ! Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response and a fair resolution. Please respond
