good morning.

i am reaching out because i bought tickets to the beauty and the beast showing back in January. the event was cancelled and i was told i could get refunded or have my tickets transferred to a different movie and location.

i would like to know if i could transfer them to the Shrek showing in LA for the 6pm showing in June 26th

i purchased 3 tickets and i attached them to this email.

my phone number is 6196462375 if that would be an easier way to communicate options

i lost my wallet a few months ago and have to replace all my cards.

Thank you for reaching out, and I truly apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately, due to operational changes, we have made the difficult decision to pause all future events in Arizona. Additionally, tickets are not transferable across locations at this time.  

Since we do not currently have future events planned in Arizona, we are more than happy to issue a full refund for all 3 of your tickets. You will receive a total refund amount of $307.47. As soon as your refunds are processed, we will provide a copy of your refund receipt. 

Once again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience. If there is anything we can help you with in the meantime, please let us know.

Unfortunately, we cannot edit the card number for the refund, but if you no longer have the original card, we are more than happy to send your refund via Zelle or Apple Pay instead. Just provide the phone number associated with your account, and we will take care of the rest.
