    I have looked into your reservation (Booking ref: ST-FNF-X7CA-SU5S), and I can confirm that the show you are currently booked for in Los Angeles today, June 20th, is for the 6:30 PM showtime.

    I understand you mentioned that you accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong location and were hoping to attend in New York instead. Since our shows are location-specific and often sell out, we are unfortunately unable to simply transfer a Los Angeles booking to a New York event.

    However, we completely understand that mistakes happen. If you are unable to attend the Los Angeles show this evening, we would be happy to discuss alternative options with you, such as a one-time rescheduling for a future date that better fits your travel plans.

    No I did not receive a reply before this and we couldn’t have flown to LA that night, so we were not able to make it.
