    Hello, the event is less than 3 hours and we have no location. I live about an hour away from San Francisco and need the location. This is really a inconvenience for me with the lack of communication and receiving partial information. 

    When will all the details be provided?

    Since I never received the information or any communication about the event I paid for, for yesterday June 20th at 1:30pm, I would like a refund for my one ticket I purchased. It's under the name of Shartara Haynes.
