Hello,
I am reaching out because I never received my refund for my cancelled show. We were scheduled May 8th to see Cloudy with a chance of meatballs. I received an email stating that the showing was cancelled and I would receive a refund, which I never received. Please contact me for follow up as this has been quite some time now and the matter needs to be resolved. Please see attached confirmation of both purchase and cancellation.
