Urgent: Request for Response Regarding July 4 Reservation

Hello,

I am following up regarding my reservation and previous email to Sam. I responded immediately to the proposed reschedule of July 3 at 6:00 PM and have not received a response.

Unfortunately, July 3 at 6:00 PM still does not work for me, as my flight does not arrive until approximately midnight on July 3. I specifically planned and purchased my travel arrangements, including my Disneyland tickets and Lightning Lane passes, around attending the July 4 event at 1:00 PM.

I have attached the email chain showing that I responded promptly and have been awaiting a reply. If the July 4 event at 1:00 PM is no longer an option and there are no alternative accommodations available, I will need to request an immediate refund.

Please respond as soon as possible or provide a phone number where I can speak with someone directly regarding this matter.
