Re: New invoice from Fork n' Film

    To whom it may concern:

In January, I purchased 2 tickets to attend a February 2026 showing of The Princess and The Frog in San Francisco. A few days before the show, I received notice that the show was cancelled and I was given the option to reschedule. I picked April 12th for my  new date.  A few days before that show, I received notice that the show was cancelled and given the option to reschedule.  Without given context, I  thought the issue may be related to the movie I selected, hence I opted to attend Ratatouille on May 16th. As luck would have it, this show was also cancelled and I was notified via email that a refund would be issued.

It has been well over a month, and I have yet to receive reimbursement for my tickets. This is quite disappointing. I have attended a Fork N' Film experience previously and really enjoyed it.  I was hoping to share the same experience with my son, however, this did not work out in our favor.

I would like to know when to expect reimbursement for my tickets. At this point, I fear I may need to contest the charge with my bank.  Please advise.

    Sincerely,
    Tiffany Tolliver
