The show which my handicap mother wanted to go to was cancelled. We chose a refund which we have not been credited for. I have over 5 emails for a response to my refund no success. It took 1 day to take our money but now over 3 months to get a refund.
My next steps is to turn this over to 7 On Your Side. This company is a scam.
