That event was cancelled and rescheduled to The Little Mermaid in April 2026, which was then cancelled as well. I have now been waiting for over seven months since the original cancellation and still have not received my refund. This delay is unacceptable. Please provide: 1. Confirmation of whether my refund has been processed; 2. The refund reference number and processing date; 3. If it has not been processed, the exact date by which I will receive my refund. If this matter cannot be resolved immediately, I would like it escalated to a manager or supervisor. I expect a response within 48 hours. Thank you.
