Message	I received an email stating that this show had been postponed and given a link to use a ticket for a later date. However, the information that the link to reschedule my ticket doesn’t match my order information. So I have been unable to reschedule. I have sent around seven or eight emails to the members email as well as the info email. I’ve even sent messages through DM’s on Instagram and no one has responded to me in over a month. I really wanted to reschedule this event, but the customer service or lack thereof is making me want a refund to never deal with this company again because I’ve never had a lack of consideration such as this please respond back to any of the messages that I’ve sent from this email with assistance thank you.
