    MessageI HAVEN'T heard back since Early may so ONCE AGAIN REACHING OUT ABOUT MY REFUND. ITS BEEN WAY TOO LONG SINCE IVE BEEN PUT ON "THE PROCCESING LIST". I WAS GIVEN THE EXCUSE OF HIGH VOLUME REQUESTS BUT I WANT MY COMPLETE refund NOW. Really DISAPPOINTED with the lack of CUSTOMER service.
