Re: Refunds
Dear Laurie,
I sincerely apologize for the last-minute cancellation and for the delay in our response to your previous emails. We know how much anticipation and planning go into a special night out, and we’re truly sorry for the disruption this caused to your Shrek and Ratatouille screenings.
Please know we made this decision only after considering every possible option. We completely understand your decision not to reschedule and are happy to accommodate your refund request for both canceled shows.
Refunds may take longer than usual as we’re currently managing high volume, but we’ll keep you updated once they have been processed.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help.
We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you at Fork n’ Film in the future.
Warm regards,

I’ve been trying to reach you because two of my shows got canceled. I needed help rescheduling for Shrek and then later for another Ratatouille show but no one responded to my emails.
Now I would like to just request a refund for both canceled shows. That way it’s easier for both parties. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter.
Best,

Re: Refunds
Thank you for your attention to this matter, Alex. I appreciate the reply and the information. Do you know approximately how long the refund would take? Also would it be mailed in a check or back to the original payment method? The two shows were Cloudy With A Chance and Ratatouille, my mistake.Best,LauraOn Jun 27, 2026, at 2:39 PM, Fork Film <losangeles@forknfilm.com> wrote:
