Refund

Hello,
I’ve reached out to the San Francisco fork and film for a refund for the May 22nd cancelled film in SF. We are still waiting on a refund, or at least don’t have the receipt showing a refund that was said would be sent, and the invoice won’t load to show me the credit card used. Can I get a status update. I reached out to SF Fork and Film and haven’t heard in 5 business days.
