Refund/Shrek date cancelled

Hi! 
I’m very angry and disappointed because I just drove in from NJ to see the Shrek showing at 1pm on June 28th and to my surprise the event has been cancelled and I was not aware at all by email or phone call that my event that I booked almost 2 months ago was cancelled. I would obviously like a full refund please and this is such a disappointing experience I don’t think I want to return to these events anymore because I just wasted my time coming out here and with no consideration from your parts to advise me either. The ticket is under Christopher Negron and I just want a refund please.
