Hello I had a reservation with you guys on 06/20/26 and i was not able to attend. I had sent multiple emails about a reschedule and was fortunately told i was able to reschedule my reservation. However when i asked to view the days i would be able to possibly reschedule i was never replied to. The day came and went with no response and i’m still just trying to find a different day that i can enjoy your activity. I’m hoping to hear back from you soon. Thank you.
