    Rescheduled tickets

    Hello,

    I wrote about rescheduling my tickets that were postponed back in April a few days ago and I have not gotten a response. I am hoping to reschedule but if not possible, I would like to request a refund. Any help as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated.
