Refund

Hello, I as well as 3 others in my party scheduled a dinner/movie for last November.  It was cancelled on your end and i was told id get a full refund for all 4. I didnt hear anything for a month or so and then i was given a complementary movie and dinner with my wife  and i for valentines which was 4 month later and was told id still recieve full refund for the 4 top. It is now July almost a year later and still havent recieved any refund. Just wondering if someone can help me. I feel like im being robbed 600+ dollars.
