Your Wix Checking account was closed

What this means:

• The remaining negative balance now appears under Payouts.

• You’ll receive future payouts to the bank account associated with your Wix Payments account, once your balance is positive again.

• Any Wix Visa® Debit card associated with this account is deactivated.

• To request Wix Checking account statements, contact Customer Care.

You’ll be able to open a new account once the closure is complete and your negative balance is fully covered. We’ll notify you when you’re eligible.
