Message	hello, i have been waiting for my 2 refunds from events that your company had cancelled for 7 months now. i am extremely frustrated and pissed off at this point. i have been told from emails from your company from several different people my refund is coming and they have "escalated it to a higher/different dept" and sorry this shouldn't be taking this long so many times now. now i can't even get a response back. it is over $1500 between the two shows that i am waiting to get back. i have also sent some request through this website requesting my refunds and you have not responded back either. please reach out to me this time.
