Los Angeles Refund Invoice number: 0020051 

I am writing to once again follow up on the status of my refund.

As a summary of our correspondence:

  - June 8th: My reservation for Friday, June 12th was rescheduled by Fork n' Film to Sunday, June 14th.

  - June 8th: I requested a full refund as I am a physician who works Sundays and I am moving out of town and cannot make future fork n film screenings in Los Angeles.

  - June 9th: You confirmed that a full refund was requested and would be processed right away.

  - June 19th, 23rd, 24th, and 30th: I have sent multiple follow-ups as I have yet to receive the funds or a receipt.

It has now been three weeks since the refund was requested. Please provide an immediate update on when I can expect to see the transaction completed.
