Update for refunds

Good afternoon,

I am writing to follow up on my previous emails regarding two outstanding refund requests, as I have not yet received a response.

First, I am requesting a refund for my tickets for the April 4th screening, which was postponed. Additionally, I am still awaiting a refund from a separate request made in January following a cancellation on your end.

Could you please provide an update on the status of both refunds?
