Refund

 I am inquiring again about my refund I've been waiting for since last September. The show was supposed to be in San Francisco and was rescheduled 3 times. Since I purchased tickets to attend a show and the shows were all continuously canceled, I need my money back. The company itself also offered and guaranteed a refund multiple times. I just want my money back for a service that never happened.
