I’m reaching out regarding my Ratatouille tickets that were purchased in March for your San Francisco event. The event was first rescheduled and then ultimately canceled, and I was informed that refunds would be issued. As of today, July 4, I still haven’t received my refund, so I wanted to check on its status. These tickets were an anniversary gift from my husband, and we were both incredibly excited. Ratatouille has always been my favorite movie, I still cry every time I watch it, so this experience meant a lot to me. When the event was canceled, we were disappointed, and after waiting nearly five months for a refund, I thought I’d reach out. I noticed that you’re still hosting Ratatouille in Los Angeles, and I wanted to ask if you’d be open to an alternative resolution. I know it’s an unconventional request, but if you’d be willing to fly my husband and me to Los Angeles to attend the event, I’d be thrilled to create social media content showcasing the experience. I genuinely love what Fork n Film has created, and I think it would make for fun, authentic content that captures the experience.
