Attempt 3 Follow-Up Regarding Outstanding Refunds – Postponed Event
Good Afternoon,
I’m following up regarding an email I sent back in July that I never received a response to.
The original tickets were purchased almost a year ago, back in October, using the email address poncem92000@icloud.com. I was previously contacted regarding a refund, and the refund was initially attempted using the email address poncem92000@gmail.com. However, I have not received the refund from that attempt.
Additionally, I have four other tickets purchased through the email address poncem92000@icloud.com for the same event. The event has now been postponed twice, and I would like to know how I can go about receiving refunds for those tickets as well.
I have included the tickets/purchase information for the event that was postponed twice for reference.
At this point, I’m unsure what the next steps are or if anything further is needed from me to process these refunds. Since the original tickets were purchased nearly a year ago and I have already attempted to resolve this previously, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could reach out to me as soon as possible to help resolve this matter.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to locate the purchases or process the refunds for all of the tickets.
Thank you,

Hello Marissa,
Thank you for following up and providing these details. We sincerely apologize that your previous email went unanswered and for the extended time you’ve been waiting for a resolution.
We have logged your refund request and will accommodate a full refund for your original ticket purchases for the shows that were cancelled. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please note that refunds are currently taking longer than expected to process, and unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a specific timeline at this time. We’ll follow up with you if any additional information is needed and will send confirmation once your refunds have been finalized.
We truly appreciate your patience, Marissa, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and delay.
Warmly,
