Re: Important Update Regarding Your Upcoming Reservation

    Hello,

I’m following up again regarding my outstanding refund and am hoping you can provide an update on when it will actually be processed.

For context, my original purchase was made in January 2026 for the March 22nd San Francisco showing. On March 16th, just a few days before the event, I was notified that the showing was canceled and I needed to rebook. I rebooked for August 8th.

On July 31st, I was then notified that all San Francisco showings were being canceled and that I would be receiving a refund. I have followed up multiple times since then and have continued to be told that my refund is awaiting processing, with no estimated processing date provided.

I have been very patient throughout this process, especially considering my original purchase was made in January and I already accommodated the first cancellation by rebooking.

I also recently learned that California Business & Professions Code § 22507 requires the ticket price for a canceled event to be fully refunded by the ticket seller within 30 calendar days of the cancellation. Since I was notified of the cancellation on July 31st, that 30-day period has now passed.

Can you please provide an update on the status of my refund and confirm when it will be processed? At this point, I would really like to get this resolved without having to pursue the matter further.

    Thank you,
    Jennie

    Hello Jennie,

Thank you for checking in with us again. We’re very sorry that this has not yet been resolved.

Your refund request is still active with our team and awaiting processing. We recognize that you’ve already been more than patient, and we sincerely apologize that it is taking longer than it should.

At this time, we don’t have a processing date we can provide, and we don’t want to give you a timeframe that we cannot guarantee. What we can assure you is that your request has been documented and has not been forgotten.

Once your refund is finalized, we’ll contact you directly and provide a copy of the refund receipt for your records. There will be no need for you to reach out again for confirmation.

Thank you for bearing with us through such a lengthy process. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this delay has caused.

    Warmly,
    The Fork n’ Film Team

We apologize that your refund has taken much longer than expected. We would like to resolve this for you as soon as possible.

    Thank you,
    Jennie
