    Re: Refund for cancelled show

Please refund my money. It’s been over a month since you said you logged it and it’s been over 4 months since I requested a refund. Please just give me my money back.

    Hello Amy,
Thank you for following up with us. We are very sorry for the continued delay and for the experience you've had.
We completely understand why you are upset, especially after waiting more than three months for your refund. We are also very sorry to hear that the cancellation resulted in the loss of your hotel reservation and affected plans you had made for your birthday. We recognize that you made a significant trip specifically to attend our experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this has caused.
Your refund request has been received and logged. We understand that you have already waited far longer than you expected, and we are sorry that we are unable to provide you with a specific completion date at this time. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been finalized.
We also apologize that you had to follow up again to receive a response. This is not the experience we want for our guests, and we understand how this situation has affected your impression of Fork n' Film.
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us.
    Warmly,
    The Fork n' Film Team

    Greetings,

It’s been over 3 months. That’s unacceptable. Refund my money now. You guys used to be on my bucket list and now I don’t ever want to go because this been such a terrible experience. You gave very little notice and I could not cancel the hotel. And since you were the sole purpose of me driving 7 hours to LA, I lost $136 on the hotel. You ruined my birthday and frankly my impression of you as competent business. You have until the end of this up coming week before I file paperwork with the court.

Thank you for responding this time. Sad that I had to threaten to sue to get a response.

    Disappointed,

    Good afternoon,

I would like a refund for the tickets I have attached. I cannot reschedule as I have already lost $160 on a nonrefundable hotel. You “postponing” shows costs more than the ticket price. I bought this for myself for my birthday. I’ve been waiting for years and finally I could afford it. But I cannot afford another hotel stay so I will sadly need a refund on the tickets please.

    Thank you,

    Hello Amy,

Thank you for checking in regarding your refund. We understand how important receiving your refund is, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our team is actively working through refund requests and processing them as quickly as possible.

We know some guests have been waiting longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your continued patience. While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline at this time, we also want to be transparent and avoid giving a timeframe that we cannot confidently guarantee. Your refund is still being processed, and we’ll be in touch as soon as it has been finalized.

Your refund remains on our radar, and we will send a confirmation as soon as it has been finalized. Once processed, you will also receive a refund confirmation for your records.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued kindness while we work to complete these requests.

    Warmest regards,
    The Fork n’ Film Team
