Hello,I am emailing regarding a refund for a show back in May that got canceled in NYC, and I have not seen my refund yet. I do not live in an area with this company so am unable to use the voucher I received. I've reached out multiple times now, and I'm getting more frustrated with no contact from you guys. If this could be fixed asap I would really appreciate it.Isabella
