Re: Important Update Regarding Your Fork n' Film Reservation
Hello,Thank you for your response, unfortunately I am very disappointed by this news. As stated I previously had a booking for April that I made in February that was also cancelled. Additionally, I was not notified of this cancellation and did not hear until I reached out first. The lack and delayed information that I have received is very disappointing. Considering this event was expensive and was booked out so far in advance I expected a better experience than what I was given. I will be expecting a refund in the full amount. If the refund is not granted soon I will be disputing the charge through my bank.Best,Zoe GomezOn Tue, Sep 15, 2026 at 2:07 PM Fork n' Film <info@forknfilm.com> wrote:Hello Zoe,

Re: Important Update Regarding Your Fork n' Film Reservation
Hello Zoe,I completely understand your disappointment, especially after having a previous reservation canceled as well. We’re very sorry that you’ve had this experience with us and that you did not receive timely communication regarding the cancellation.
We will accommodate a full refund for your reservation. Please note that refunds are currently taking longer than expected to process, and unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a specific completion date at this time. We understand this is not the experience you expected, particularly given the cost of the event and how far in advance you made your reservation.
If you decide to initiate a dispute with your bank, we completely understand and will not contest the dispute. Once a dispute is initiated, however, the refund process would be handled directly through your financial institution.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the cancellations and the communication delays you experienced. We’ll send you confirmation as soon as your refund has been finalized.

Re: Important Update Regarding Your Fork n' Film Reservation
I would like to reiterate my extreme disappointment regarding this matter. I ultimately find it unfair and alarming that you cannot provide a timeline for refund only that they are “taking longer than expected”. Upon doing further research, I have found that you often take over 60 days if not ever to refund for a service never issued. This is highly unprofessional not only because I was never notified about the cancellation until I reached out but also you can not give me any timeline of when to expect a refund despite being unable to follow through with a service I have since paid for. A refund should have been issued when the event was cancelled and there is no appropriate reason for a refund to not be returned in a timely manner. It is unfair, as a consumer, to expect me to be content with a vague promise of a refund when I sought out a service that was never given to me. I expect a confirmation that the refund is being processed along with when I should expect my refund. It is in poor taste that I am forced to jump through hoops when I have been cancelled on twice with little notice once and no notice the following time. It is unacceptable that I should be having to go back and forth for a refund after my April date was cancelled and then my September date was cancelled as well.To reiterate, I expect a confirmation of my refund being processed and a timely refund. I had originally paid in February to book Alice in Wonderland for April and after hearing news of the cancellation I figured it would be easier to choose a new date rather than ask for a refund. I have since regretted that decision as the new date September 18th) was also cancelled and I am now fighting for a refund anyway. There is no reason that I should have to wait longer than I already have in order to get my money back. You have already acknowledged that I have not received the service so I do not understand why I have to be further inconvenienced and fight to get the money back when both cancellations have been on your accord. My only mistake in this matter has been trusting this company to provide an experience and service which is the bare minimum considering that is what I paid for.On Wed, Sep 16, 2026 at 10:12 AM Fork n' Film <info@forknfilm.com> wrote:Hello Zoe,I completely understand your disappointment, especially after having a previous reservation canceled as well.
