I've been emailing with zero response for over 2 months now.  We had 4 tickets for Alice in Wonderland, which was canceled.  We attempted to reschedule and our conversation with Esperanza went silent. The first cancelation was dealt with by Amanda, who them rescheduled the ticket for Alice in Wonderland. At this point,  we want refunds. It's been over 2 months with zero communication after several emails with Esperanza back in March/April. 1 ticket, of the 4,  was already a reschedule from a previously canceled show, Ratatouille. That ticket was rescheduled for Alice through Amanda as stated above. Then we purchased 3 more tickets so we could go as a family. That show was also canceled. That's hundreds of dollars for multiple cancelations and radio silence.  I no longer have faith that Portland shows will actually happen nor do I have confidence that the team will communicate. I am requesting  refunds for all 4 tickets,  which was offered when the Alice show was canceled. Please see attached pictures as some of the tickets were purchased over the holiday with a discount. I've emailed Portland fork and film this morning and the mail was returned undeliverable. I submitted direct
tly on the site as well.  I've been emailing for months, I have all communication with time stamps. I've attached screenshots of our tickets so you have order numbers.  I've included this info from day one.
Please respond to any of my emails.

    Hello Daeya,

Thank you for following up. We sincerely apologize that you’ve had to reach out again regarding your refund.

We completely understand your concern, especially given how long it has been since your original reservation was canceled and that you were advised nearly two months ago that your refund would be processed. We recognize that you have already waited far longer than expected and have made multiple attempts to get this resolved.

Please know that your refund request has not been overlooked and remains in process. Our team is actively working through outstanding refunds, including those that have experienced extended delays such as yours.

Unfortunately, we’re still unable to provide a specific completion date. We understand how disappointing that is after the time you have already waited, but we want to be transparent rather than provide another timeframe we cannot confidently guarantee.

We sincerely apologize for the continued delay and the amount of follow-up this has required from you. As soon as your refund is finalized, we will contact you directly and provide confirmation for your records.

Thank you for your continued patience while we work to get this completed for you.

    Warmest regards,
    The Fork n’ Film Team

    Re: Portland

Without a clear date for my refund,  I believe small claims court will be my next step. This is intentional stalling likely due to cash flow issues or possible bankruptcy. Yet you are still selling tickets in cities across the US.  I have already filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and Oregon Attorney General. Your company has had adequate time to refund me,  which was offered back when our show was canceled,  not just 2 months ago.
Do the right thing. If I do not hear back in 14 days with a date for refund I will move forward with small claims which will include not only my refund but additionally all Oregon Judicial Department filing fees and any other costs I can legally tack onto the claim.
Lastly,  several individuals awaiting refunds have found each other on socials and I believe contacting the media would be advantageous at this point. Future customers in LA, Denver, New York, etc should know they too could be out hundreds of dollars and ignored by your company.
    - An immersive dining company is taking hundreds of dollars per ticket from local consumers across the US, canceling the events days before, and pocketing the money for up to a year while ignoring the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney. -
