Important Update Regarding Your Fork n' Film Reservation

Dear Nuong,

We're reaching out regarding your upcoming Fork n' Film reservation in San Francisco on October 31st.

We want to be transparent with you. Due to significant operational changes, our San Francisco events have been canceled, and our San Francisco operations are currently on pause. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and any inconvenience this may cause.

Because your event was canceled by Fork n' Film, your refund request has already been logged. Please note that refunds are currently taking longer than expected to process. We'll send you a confirmation email along with your refund receipt as soon as your refund has been finalized.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reply to this email, and we'll be happy to help.

Warm regards,

The Fork n' Film Team
