    Re: Refund

It’s been 2 more months, almost a damn year since I was told I would get a refund. This is disgusting behavior from a company. I need to know when I am going to get my money NOW. A year waiting on several hundred dollar is ridiculous. I demand that I get an exact timeline and my money ASAP. Not some day, not a year from now, immediately!

We completely understand why you are upset, especially after waiting nine months for your refund and following up multiple times. We recognize that this has taken far longer than expected, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and loss of confidence this has caused.
We want to assure you that your refund request has not been ignored. Our team is actively reviewing outstanding refunds and working to resolve these requests as quickly as possible. At this time, we do not want to provide an inaccurate timeline until we have a confirmed update from our team, but we will follow up with you as soon as we have more information regarding the status of your refund.
We sincerely apologize for the delays and the lack of communication you have experienced. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to address this matter.

    Hello,

I’m reaching out, again five more months later, to see when I’m going to get my refund. It is starting to feeling like I’m being robbed and I need to escalate this concern on my end. Your company is still playing shows, making money, and withholding money from more people like me. This is absolutely wrong and theft. We spent a lot of money that you owe us in a refund. We thought we would eventually try to see if we could book another show in the future but this is making me lose faith.
I don’t need another fake corporate email that my refund is processing. I need to know exactly when my refund is going to be processed because it’s been 9 months. This is disgusting behavior from a company and I expect my refund ASAP at this point.

    Re: Refund

Scammers requesting kindness is an insane request. It has been almost a year since the show was cancelled and I was promised a refund. At this point if my refund is not processed within the next two weeks then I will be looking into options of small claims court and calling the Better Business Bureau.

    Thank you.
