Fwd: Second Request — Outstanding Refunds for Canceled Events

    Dear Fork n’ Film Team,

I’m forwarding my original refund request from July 4, 2026. I have still not received a response or refund for the canceled Shrek and Coco events. I also attempted to follow up through the previous San Francisco email address today, but that address is no longer active.

Please review the thread below and process the outstanding refunds to my original payment methods. I would appreciate confirmation of receipt and a refund timeline within 5 business days.

    Thank you,

    Anny Patino

    Dear Fork n’ Film Team,

I am following up on my refund request sent on July 4, 2026, regarding three orders for events that were canceled by Fork n’ Film. It has now been nearly three months, and I have not received a response or a refund.

    The affected orders are:

    Shrek (March 15): 2ZTM-8NMN-8BF

    Shrek (July 4): 3068-X32L-SFL

    Coco: 2ZZG-795J-2PB

As stated in my original email, I am not requesting another reschedule. I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method for all affected orders.

Given the amount of time that has passed without acknowledgment or resolution, please confirm the status of these refunds and provide an expected processing date. I would appreciate a response within 5 business days.

If the refunds have already been processed, please provide the refund confirmation or transaction details so I can follow up with my financial institution if necessary.

Thank you. I look forward to resolving this promptly.

    Best,

    Anny Patino

    Dear Fork n' Film Team,

I am writing to request a full refund for my canceled reservations.

Unfortunately, I have experienced multiple cancellations over the past several months:

Shrek – Originally scheduled for March 15, 2026 (Order No. 2ZTM-8NMN-8BF). After this event was canceled, I rescheduled to the July 4, 2026 showing (Order No. 3068-X32L-SFL), which has now also been canceled.

Coco – Order No. 2ZZG-795J-2PB. This event was also canceled.

While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, having one event canceled twice and another canceled as well has been very disappointing. At this point, I no longer wish to reschedule and would appreciate a full refund for all orders to my original payment method.

For reference, my affected orders are:

    Shrek (March 15): 2ZTM-8NMN-8BF

    Shrek (July 4): 3068-X32L-SFL

    Coco: 2ZZG-795J-2PB

Please confirm once the refunds have been initiated and let me know the expected processing timeline.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

    Best,
    Anny Patino

    Event Canceled

    Dear Fork n' Film Guests,

We regret to inform you that all Fork n’ Film shows scheduled for July 4th have been canceled.

We want to be honest and transparent: the company is currently undergoing major operational changes, and at this time we are not in a position to execute this event successfully.

All customers are owed a full refund. Because of the current volume of outstanding refunds and internal restructuring, refunds will take time to process. We understand this is frustrating, and we are actively working through each reservation as quickly as possible. Refund confirmations will be sent in the order reservations are processed.

We sincerely apologize and appreciate your patience as we work through this challenging period.

Re: Second Request — Outstanding Refunds for Canceled Events

    Hello Anny,

Thank you for checking in regarding your refund. We understand how important receiving your refund is, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our team is actively working through refund requests and processing them as quickly as possible.

We know some guests have been waiting longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your continued patience. While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline at this time, we also want to be transparent and avoid giving a timeframe that we cannot confidently guarantee. Your refund is still being processed, and we’ll be in touch as soon as it has been finalized.

Your refund remains on our radar, and we will send a confirmation as soon as it has been finalized. Once processed, you will also receive a refund confirmation for your records.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued kindness while we work to complete these requests.

    Warmest regards,
    The Fork n’ Film Team
