Re: Important Update Regarding Your Beauty and the Beast Reservation
Good day, it has been 6 weeks since you canceled the show I booked and to date, I have not received a refund. My last email on Aug 31st went unanswered. I would love to resolve this between us but at this point, I may have to open a query with my bank. Please advise what the status of my refund to my original payment method is.ThanksTerelleOn Mon, Aug 31, 2026, 11:06 AM Terelle Patrick <terellepatrick@gmail.com> wrote:Good day,I just wanted to circle back on the status of the credit to my original form of payment due to the cancelation of the dinner. My showing was for Aug 14th. Thank you for reaching out. We’re so sorry, especially knowing that you planned this experience to celebrate your best friend’s birthday and that she traveled to NYC for the occasion. We understand why a credit for a future show simply wouldn’t work for you.
We’ve logged your request for a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are currently taking longer than expected to process, and we’re very sorry for the additional inconvenience. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been finalized.
We truly wish we could have welcomed you both for the celebration you had planned, and we’re very sorry for the disappointment this cancellation has caused.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We hope to host you in the future!

Can my original method of payment please be credited/refunded.
If we ever get the opportunity again and there is a show that aligns, I can pay for it on my own.
ThanksTerelle
