Important Update Regarding Your Beauty and the Beast Reservation

    Hello,

I see that Hocus Pocus opened up in New York for October 17th and I’m trying to book for the 6pm show but it either says my code doesn’t work for the credit we got or it’s just simply not applying it. Can you help me book 2 for this show? Both classic menu, 1 alcoholic, 1 nonalcoholic.

    Thanks,
    Zayne Piper

    Hello Zayne,

We’re so sorry. We know you’re coming from out of state and have already booked a hotel around your plans to attend, which makes this especially disappointing.

Unfortunately, the August 14th show has also been canceled, so we aren’t able to move your reservation to that date. We’re truly sorry we can’t offer you that option.

The credit we issued can be used at any Fork n’ Film location and does not expire, so we hope there will be another opportunity for us to welcome you in the future.

We know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re very sorry for the disruption to your plans.

Please let us know if you have any questions, we're happy to help.

    Warmly,
    The Fork n’ Film Team

Oh no! Can we book for Friday, February 14th instead? We are coming from out of state and got a hotel and everything just for this…

Re: Important Update Regarding Your Beauty and the Beast Reservation

    Hello Zayne,

Thank you for reaching out. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your event.

Unfortunately, due to changes to our ticketing system, we’re no longer able to transfer tickets from canceled events to new shows, and previously issued codes are no longer valid or accepted through our current platform.

We understand how disappointing this may be, especially if you were hoping to attend an upcoming Fork n’ Film experience.
At this time, we will issue a refund for your original purchase instead. Please note that refunds are currently taking longer than expected to process, and we’re unable to provide a specific timeline. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been finalized.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Warmly,
    The Fork n’ Film Team
