Please Join Us in Supporting Oregon Tradeswomen in the Fundraiser Gala!
HiI'm Elle, Workforce Development Manager with Oregon Tradeswomen (OTW). I'm reaching out because I'd love to invite you to support our upcoming fundraiser on October 30th.
For over 30 years, OTW has opened doors to careers in the construction and building trades for women and nonbinary people. Through our pre-apprenticeship program, participants build hands-on skills, confidence, and connections that lead to family-wage careers with union apprenticeships and trade employers across Oregon.
Our fundraiser on 10/30 helps sustain this work, and we're seeking in-kind donations to make the evening a success. Items that would be especially welcome include:-
Auction items or experiences (gift cards, services)
-
Raffle prizes or gift baskets
-
Tickets
In return, we'd be glad to recognize your organization through [event signage, program listing, social media shout-outs, and our website/newsletter], and we're happy to tailor recognition to what works for you.
If you're able to contribute, you can reply to this email or reach me directly at 509-553-3330. Donations can be dropped off or picked up by 10/28, and we'll provide a receipt for your records. Oregon Tradeswomen is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit [EIN: 31‑1655001], so your contribution may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Thank you for considering a gift. Even a small contribution helps us open more doors for women in the trades.
