I’m following up regarding my canceled San Francisco reservation and the refund that your email dated July 31 confirmed had already been requested.

It has now been more than two months since I received that confirmation, and I still have not received my refund or any update regarding when it will be processed.

Since the event was canceled by Fork n’ Film, I am requesting that my full refund be processed immediately and that you provide written confirmation of the refund and the expected date the funds will be returned to my original payment method.

Please respond within 5 business days with confirmation that the refund has been issued. If I do not receive a response or the refund, I will proceed with a dispute through my payment provider and file the appropriate consumer complaints regarding the unfulfilled refund.
