Abandoned Carts
Edit the 3-stage drip your customers see. Returning customers get warmer copy on a separate template per stage. Hardcoded fallbacks kick in if a row is missing so the cron never sends a blank email.
Available placeholders: {{first_name}} {{show_title}} {{show_city}} {{show_date}} {{show_time}} {{seats_left}} {{ticket_count}} {{ticket_line}} {{booking_link}} {{promo_code}}
The feedback CTA, subscribe CTA (when applicable), and "Warmly, Francesca & Nick" signature are appended automatically.

Sent to every paid ticket holder when a show is cancelled from the Cancel Show panel on a show detail page. Each customer gets a single-use rebooking credit code worth their order total (valid for 1 year). Same body for first-time and returning customers.
Extra placeholders available here: {{credit_code}} {{credit_amount}} {{credit_expires}} {{show_time_phrase}} {{city_link}} {{site_link}} {{custom_message}} {{alternatives}} · {{alternatives}} auto-renders to a list of up to 5 upcoming shows in the same city with seats remaining; collapses cleanly when none. No auto-appended footer (template body IS the full message, including signature).
